hard time makin them participate in career expo

I think we are having a hard time making people say yes to us to come to our career expo because there not hiring rite now. Or the other reason because they might be saying is no because they take the term career expo as if people are looking for jobs and there not hiring for that career rite now. They might even be busy with a lot of work in there hands that they have to complete.
