From my prospective, I have learned that the way you direct your self to a person matters a lot. It shows you that you have to get the other persons attention on the other side of the phone. It shows you how to talk to buisiness people and how to give other people information about the event. The way you talk describes you if the other person cant see you. I have change on how i asked for a person and how i present my self to the other people that I'm talking to.
